For boutique and specialty retail brands with a loyalty program
Your customers, signed in and seeing their own history
Plum Hollow Market sets up the self-service layer customers now expect but most boutique retailers still handle by phone or spreadsheet: a sign-in account portal for rewards and order history, plus personalized restock alerts, on Power Pages, Dataverse and Power Automate.
Set-up, documentation and handover. We don't process payments, manage checkout, or decide your loyalty program's point values or rules.

Three fixed-scope pieces of work, each handed over with documentation so your team can run and extend it without us.
Customer loyalty & account portal
A Power Pages portal where customers sign in to see their loyalty points balance, reward tier and order history, built on Dataverse so the data stays in one place instead of a spreadsheet.
Inputs
- Your current loyalty program rules and tiers
- How customer and order data is tracked today
- Your sign-in requirements: email-only, or something stronger
Outputs
- A Power Pages portal with secure customer sign-in
- A Dataverse data model for points, tiers and order history
- A short set-up note in your shared drive
We build the portal and sync the numbers; we don't set your point values or tier thresholds — that's your program, your call.
Order history & reorder requests
A read-only order history view inside the portal, with a one-click reorder request that creates a structured request for your team instead of a live checkout.
Inputs
- Read access to your order records
- Which order details customers should be able to see
- Where reorder requests should land: inbox, Teams channel, or system
Outputs
- An order history view scoped to each signed-in customer
- A reorder request flow built in Power Automate
- Routing rules to a named person or channel
Reorder requests are requests, not purchases; we don't process payments or complete the sale ourselves.
Personalized restock alerts
Power Automate flows that watch product availability data you control and notify a customer automatically when something they've flagged comes back in stock, with Copilot-assisted first drafts for the alert copy.
Inputs
- Your product availability data source
- Which actions count as a restock request: wishlist, past purchase, or waitlist
- Whether alerts go by email, SMS, or both
Outputs
- A Power Automate flow watching availability by product
- Customer-facing alert templates, reviewed by a person
- An opt-out path built into every alert
Alerts tell customers something is back; they don't guarantee stock stays available once someone clicks through.
Before and after, for a made-up brand#
A specialty retailer with a loyalty program run from a spreadsheet, and restock interest tracked in a shared inbox that only one person checks. A hypothetical example, not a client.
| Area | Before | With Plum Hollow |
|---|---|---|
| Loyalty | Points balances live in a spreadsheet, updated by hand after each visit. | One Dataverse record per customer, visible to them and to your team. |
| Order history | Customers call or email to ask "what did I order last time?" | Customers sign in and see their own order history, no phone call needed. |
| Restock | Restock interest is written on sticky notes or a shared inbox nobody fully owns. | Restock interest is logged against the product, not a sticky note. |
| Alerts | When an item comes back, whoever remembers sends one mass email to everyone. | Alerts go only to the customers who asked, automatically, when stock updates. |
| Access | Any staff member with the shared login can see every customer's history. | Access to customer records is scoped by role, not a shared login. |
About cost: Power Pages is licensed per active (signed-in) user or by page-view capacity depending on tier, and Dataverse storage scales with customer and order volume. We estimate running costs with you before building anything.
